Welcome to Alaska RESPOND, the online registration system for volunteer health professionals. This site allows you to register as a responder willing to provide services during a disaster or public health emergency. The registration system will collect basic information about you and your professional skills. Please click on the "Register Now" button below to begin the registration process.

At this time only healthcare professionals, currently licensed in Alaska can register with Alaska Respond.

its C.E.R.T. We also have incorporated it into our new member First Responder Training.

I offer these classes because I am passionate about empowering people to take control of their lives; whether it is in their health care or in their chances of surviving a disaster. Knowledge IS power and it saves lives.

John Schmidt, Instructor
Mr. Schmidt has over 30 years in Emergency Services. A former Paramedic and current CERT, First Aid and CPR & AED instructor. Mr. Schmidt feels that this Disaster First Aid class is the best to train the public on how to respond appropriately to an emergency or disaster.
